Matti Vimpeli
Matti has ten years of experience in an international insurance brokerage company. His specialty includes property and business interruption risks, insurance programmes of multinational companies, and the planning and implementation of insurance cover for demanding project risks. He has special expertise in the forest industry, pharmaceuticals and manufacturing industry, among others. Matti has a master's degree in economics from the University of Amsterdam.

Mikael Cronstedt
Mikael has completed an insurance broker's degree in both Sweden and Finland. Mikael has worked as a reinsurance broker in Sweden for the world's leading brokerage company specialising in reinsurance, serving a Nordic customer base. In addition, he has experience in working as an insurance underwriter and as a professional buyer of insurance. In Finland, Mikael has worked as an insurance broker for multinational companies. Mikael is VTM from Åbo Akademi university.

Petri Selin
Petri has extensive experience of legal counsel positions in the insurance industry, underwriting of liability insurance, and risk and insurance consulting in M&A and infrastructure projects. As an insurance broker, Petri has special experience in M&A insurance and due diligence mandates, as well as liability insurance, including management liability insurance. In addition, Petri has assisted companies in contractual risk management and lectures in training sessions and seminars. Petri holds an LL.M from University of Turku.

Ville Valta
Ville has over 30 years of experience in demanding specialist positions in the insurance industry, risk management work, insurance of special risks and claims consulting. As a broker, Ville has been responsible for the planning and implementation of insurance cover for wind power projects and other power plant supply projects, among other things. In addition, special industry expertise includes risk management consulting in manufacturing and process industry. Ville holds an M.Sc. (Tech.) from the Helsinki University of Technology and eMBA from the University of Tampere.

Sauli Vimpeli
Sauli is one of Finland's most experienced insurance lawyers and insurance brokers. Sauli has special experience of insurance programs for large international corporations, project insurance and contract insurance law, including PPP projects and the alliance model, risk management related to contractual liabilities, and advising on complex insurance claims. He also lectures in training sessions and seminars. Sauli holds an LL.M from the University of Helsinki
